Returns & Exchanges
Please note, refunds are not allowed. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit only, no exceptions.
HealyBea.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs. Please note the "FINAL SALE" items listed above will not be accepted for return/exchange.
All full-price shoes may be exchanged for another size or a store credit as long as not worn and they are returned in the original shoe box. The original shoe box is not to be used as the means of return shipment, but it must be returned inside another shipping box. If original shoe box is damaged or not returned we will not accept the item for return and will return to the customer at their expense by charging the original credit card used for purchase.
Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit. Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back.
A shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, those orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.
Please note on returns for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail stores.
Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Healy Bea will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Please be sure to include your order ID and name on the outside of your return. The order ID can be found at the top of your packing slip.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

International Returned/Refused Shipments - If you decide to return or refuse any shipments from healybea.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to healybea.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
